Headquartered in Gujarat, Okhai is a non-profit organisation where Manorath Dhillon serves as the CEO and Board Trustee. The brand entitles itself towards Handicraft, Indian Wear and specifically, women empowerment in the in rural areas of the country. Basically, Okhai is an e-commerce platform that claims of selling 100% handcrafted fashion and lifestyle products that are being made by Indian artisan communities.
Additionally, Manorath has worked as freelancer with Okhai for a year between 2018-19. Prior to joining the brand, she was working with The Wishing Chair, holding numerous positions over the period of 3 years. Manorath pursued her education from IED Barcelona in Design for Innovation Strategy, Innovation Strategy.
