The "She's Next" digital community platform has been introduced thanks to a partnership between Visa, a renowned pioneer in digital payments, and Emerging Europe, a respectable platform for business and community development in the region. The goal of this initiative is to assist female business owners from the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Eastern and South Eastern Europe.

The "She's Next" platform's main goal is to unite female entrepreneurs from various countries and provide them with opportunities for networking, experience sharing, and international business expansion. According to a representative of Visa's Baku office, this project intends to empower women as well as create a network of ambitious and like-minded women.

Vera Platonova, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Visa in 17 countries, noted the successful connections made during previous "She's Next" workshops, when participants from many different countries immediately discovered common ground based on shared interests and views.

A survey conducted by Visa in 2022 in partnership with Emerging Europe stresses the importance of this platform even further. The research included business owners from Eastern and Southeastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, and an astounding 85% of them said that they would be open to joining a worldwide network of entrepreneurs.

The "She's Next" digital community platform will be a helpful resource for women entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan and the rest of the region to exchange best practises, learn from one another, and boost leadership development.

This program's launch is a significant step towards empowering female entrepreneurs in the target areas and creating a network that will support them in their business ventures. In Eastern and South Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, it exemplifies Visa's commitment to promoting female collaboration and economic opportunities.
