Sania Mirza, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, passed the NDA test and will become the nation's first Muslim fighter pilot.
Sania Mirza is the perfect illustration of the adage "hard work always pays off." Her childhood dream has finally come true. The first Muslim female fighter pilot in the country will join the Indian Air Force as the daughter of a TV mechanic from Mirzapur.
By placing 149th on the National Defense Academy (NDA) exam, she has made it possible for her to realise her dream of becoming a jet pilot. But this isn't her first attempt to ace the test.
She admitted in an interview that there were only two seats allotted for women in the fighter pilot wing, thus she was unable to get one on her first try. She continued by saying that despite fierce competition, she was successful in getting a seat on her second try.
The small village of Jasovar, home to Sania, is near to the Dehat Kotwali police station. She graduated from Pandit Chintamani Dubey Inter College with her 10th grade diploma. She later enrolled in Mirzapur's Guru Nanak Girls Inter College, where she earned her diploma for the 12th grade and was named the district's top student.
She went on to say that it is untrue that only candidates with excellent English communication skills are selected for this illustrious league.
She emphasised that she attended a school where Hindi was the primary language. Additionally, she asserted that successful outcomes were possible for motivated Hindi-speaking students.
Sania claims that she has always wanted to be a fighter pilot and that Avni Chaturvedi, the first female pilot, is what inspires her.
On December 27, she would meet up with NDA Khadakwasla in Pune. Sania Mirza of Mirzapur will become the first Muslim woman fighter pilot after earning the 149th rank in the NDA examination.
