Rishi Nikam and a group of women are the driving force behind the Kalakari film festival concept. They've taken a step forward for women who wish to work in the film industry.

The concept of 'By the women, for the women' has become popular in Indore, with the first pink bus even being operated by women. Promoting women in the film business is another campaign led by women.

The Kalakari film festival is being spearheaded by a group of women. They've taken a step forward for women who wish to work in the film industry.

With 500+ films prepared by women, they are reclassifying uncaptured cinema for the globe. They'll be on display in February, and ladies may register for free right now.

"Throughout the most recent years, discussions about equivalent compensation and opportunity have blended extremely past due banter in the film industry," Priya Yadav, who is leading the initiative, said.

She went on to say that this is their first step in getting their female talent seen, especially if they're behind the camera rather than in front of it.

"For as long as there have been movies, there have been women making them, and we are just giving them a place," Team Kalakari Aditya Itoriya Himanshu Rao said.

"Art is a medium through which we can pass on significant messages," Yadav said. She added that women would get an opportunity to feature their work of art on occasions worldwide.

These films will be made in English, Hindi, Marathi, and other Indian regional languages.

The festival is especially for ladies who don't have a way to showcase their abilities and general craftsmanship.
