Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal, world's first image scientist recognized as a Global Impact Icon

The Indian Iconic Awards was held at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi on February 8th, and Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal, the World's First Image Scientist and recipient of the Karmaveer Chakra Award, received the prestigious honour of "Global Impact Icon" for her pioneering work in the field of PRIM for the benefit of the global community and her exceptional contributions to innovation, education, and social impact.
Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste, India's State Minister of State for Rural Development and Steel, along with Congressman Kirit Premjibhai Solanki and Chairman of the MSME Promotion Council Dr. E Muthuraman, presented the awards.
Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal mentors celebs, public figures, C-Suite professionals, and entrepreneurs in PRIM using her scientific models, innovations, and trademark "Power Moves" as an internationally recognized Impact Strategist and Author.
Through her mentoring and instruction in becoming wonderful versions of themselves, she has impacted thousands of people around the world over the years. Her social aim is straightforward: She wants to inspire young people and women to be worldwide employable and make a bigger influence in the world by using the technology of PRIM as a tool.
She has been recognized for developing innovative training and curriculum techniques and for her contribution to the conception of a few hundred textbooks in the fields of aviation, character building, customer care, English language skills, hospitality, and travel.
She holds a doctorate and three master's degrees in different fields and has about three decades of professional experience exploring a variety of career paths in image management, IT, advertising, and media.
She noticed from years of careful observation in a variety of industries that new hires and employees consistently lacked the necessary confidence, influence, and other skills, which not only hurt their chances of landing a job but also negatively impacted the standard of their respective organizations as a whole.
Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal was motivated to start what would become years of in-depth academic study that resulted in the multidisciplinary science of PRIM, or "Persona and Image Management." She created ground-breaking concepts including PIQ, the world's first Persona, and Image Quotient, and the D-PRIM, PRIMEA, and PRIMPACT Integral Transformational Model attributing the detected deficit to inadequacies in the schooling system and post-implementation in contemporary Indian society.
She has received praise for her efforts and volume of participation in improving people's personas, images, and life skills both in India and around the world.
Under Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, Dr. Kuiljeit wrote the first PRIM book ever, "Prim & Powerful," to assist people in becoming their most magnificent, powerful, and self-reliant selves.
In the fields of innovation, education, and social impact, she has received numerous national and international honours, including the prestigious Karmaveer Chakra Award from the United Nations and iCongo, the World Innovation Award - Hall of Fame Honour 2019, the Bharat Gaurav Award 2021, the Shiksha Bharati Award 2020, the Global Educators & Researchers Empowerment Award 2021, the Naari Udyamita Puraskar 2018 from the MSME Ministry &
She serves as both the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management and the National President of the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry for Life Skills. She seeks to implement laws and build a strong ecosystem that will empower women and young people around the world.
