BBG Talent Factory helds 'Jayaho Vanitha' celebrating Women's Achievements

The BBG 449th Talent Factory Awards Ceremony held "Jayaho Vanitha," at the Om Convention in Narsinghi, celebrates trailblazing women in various fields, showcasing their achievements, resilience, and leadership. The event features prominent women leaders, panel discussions on gender equality, workshops on skill development, cultural performances, and networking opportunities.
The event presented awards to exceptional talent and leadership and recognized contributions to community service, innovation, and social change. The event aims to empower women, raise awareness about gender equality, and provide support through mentorship and networking. With a goal to secure financial independence for 100,000 associates including 30,000 women by 2040. BBG's Talent Factory has already empowered 18,000 individuals including 3000 women.
The BBG Talent Factory Awards Ceremony honored BBG associates and featured various lucky draws for women attendees. The highlight was the Bangarutalli program, which empowered young girls. DCP Srujana Karnam and former Miss India Ms. Manasa Varanasi accepted a 15 lakh donation from BBG for the BBG Foundation. The event further emphasized the spirit of teamwork and collaboration within the BBG community, recognizing the achievements of women and their impact on their respective fields.
