Sunita Devi and Geeta Joshi, Co-Founders and Directors of this firm, hailing from humble backgrounds are making heads turn as they embark on their new corporate journey and setting an example for women all over the country struggling to find the balance between work and family.

Give us a brief overview of Rohal Technologies. What are some important features about your expertise as entrepreneurs? 

Rohal Technologies, a green renewable energy, hybrid energy, and IT management solution provider, was established in 2017. It works with our armed forces and other isolated entities to address the Tactical Electrical Battlespace. In the field, we contest the financial and human costs associated with the supply chains for diesel and gasoline.

Take us through your early educational journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table.

We come from diverse backgrounds. Sunita is now embarking on her life as a professional woman and a new entrepreneur with a mission to save the planet. She devoted years of her life to sculpting and educating her kids, much like any other Indian lady. She is currently fueling the firm with her enthusiasm for hybrid green energy to provide carbon-free energy thanks to her traits of tenacity, self-assurance, and positive perspective. As a startup company working in the hybrid green energy sector to save the planet, we started by implementing a wide variety of strategies and methodologies to encourage and stimulate learning. She is in charge of supervising the paraprofessionals that help the management team.Geeta Joshi is a passionate teacher. She pursued a Diploma in Pharmacy following the completion of her Chemistry bachelor's degree. Her vast experience in Chemistry, thorough knowledge, and analytical mindset enable her to make a big contribution to the new project to incorporate cutting-edge hybrid green energy technologies into the classroom to improve student learning.

What motivated you to Co-found Rohal Technologies? Tell us about the underlying idea behind the company and some of its most unique features.

The goal of Rohal Technologies' innovative ideas and problem-solving techniques is to save the planet. Bringing the Latest Technology to the New Industrial Era, Rohal is utilizing renewable energy which has both economic and environmental advantages, such as producing energy with no greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels and reducing some forms of air pollution. The firm is also working to increase energy supply diversity and decrease reliance on imported fuels. Fostering economic growth and employment in manufacturing, installation, and other fields are also some significant goals of the firm.

What are the various responsibilities you shoulder as the Co-founder and Directors of the company? What are you primary focus areas in terms of leading Rohal Technologies?

In the business, Sunita is in charge of the finance and HR departments. She takes an active part in planning and goal-setting in this capacity. In addition to their individual tasks and responsibilities, as co-founders and directors of the organization, both their responsibilities also include management of the general operations of the business to ensure smooth flow of operations.

In your opinion what are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a business leader?

One of the most significant milestones for Sunita has been shifting from the role of a mother focusing all her energy to her family, to donning on the role of a company founder and director. As for Geeta, while she has been a working woman throughout, providing her experience and input outside of the classroom paradigm and in a corporate entity has been a significant milestone.

What is your vision for Rohal Technologies's growth in the near future?                                                       

We are passionate about the green energy transition, the transformation of the global renewable energy sector from fossil-based to zero-carbon energy. Hybrid Renewable Energy is currently the only known green energy that provides the technology capable of producing green energy, while also supplying clean, carbon-free energy.

Geeta is a passionate chemistry teacher. She completed her Bachelor Degree of Science in Chemistry from a reputed educational institution and Diploma in Pharmacy. Extensive hands-on experience in the practice of Chemistry and solid grasp of its theories.
