Life itself is a spiritual expression, while spirituality is an experience of one's unique self. And therefore, to reflect on it, Rashmi Aiyappa, Founder, Chairperson, CEO of Aashwasan Group of Companies, Spiritual scientist and Inventor of Aashwasan Science speaks here exclusively about her experience and success being a woman entrepreneur in the Spiritual Science space.

Give us a brief overview of Aashwasan. What are the major facets of your expertise as a spiritual scientist and business leader that you would like to share with us?

I was born experiencing life differently. Right from my childhood, I experienced life as intricate networks of energies communicating at the subatomic level of existence that gave clarity to the mind-body-soul mechanism. I experience people's life, the way they experience it. This is referred to as Lifeforce Mechanism. For me, the experience of existence is a multidimensional reality that lays bare the cause and effect cycle of nature and brings clarity to the root cause behind all happenings in one's life. This phenomenon is referred to as Timeless Phenomenon. These two discoveries were the basis of my invention, Aashwasan Science.

I founded Aashwasan on 23 May 2005 to offer Aashwasan Science to the world. It is a spiritual technology which is instrumental in restoring the natural mechanism in lifeforms and nature. This technology can bring about transformation in the way people collectively experience their original format.

Aashwasan is a spiritual science organization that is here to connect people to their infinite potential. It is a space that has an answer beyond religion, belief, faith, logic and philosophy ­ it is an experience.

I am also the Founder and Executive chairman of a software product company named Epiance software Pvt Ltd, where I have engendered a culture and system of conceptualizing innovative and disruptive technologies that have reshaped the world of process automation and process science.

Both as Founder of Aashwasan and Epiance Software Pvt Ltd, I bring my purpose of elevating human experiences among my people enabling a holistic experience of inner contentment and continuous ideating professionally.

Take us through your early educational journey. What prompted you to take up entrepreneurship and venture out on your own to found Aashwasan?

I am a graduate in English literature and Psychology, a certified psychologist, and have done multiple computer technology-related certifications. At the age of 17, I was already making my own drive to learn, be the leader to excel and master in anything and everything that interested me. Being open to learning right from my childhood and academics, I excelled in creative expressions such as singing, dancing, theater, elocution, debating, writing poetry, and even modeling in my college.

However, I believe that if you are born with a purpose, nature itself creates avenues and pathways for you to walk on that road. I found my purpose very early in my life and had a blessing in the form of a family that allowed me to be myself and take my journey at its own pace and time. It helped me to discover myself through my experiences. I wanted to create a space for every individual to discover their true selves and find answers in their unique ways, the way I did. That is why I founded Aashwasan with a vision `To Transform Lives by Leading Individuals to Explore their Infinite Self'. Therefore, applying various tools and techniques to bridge the gap between body-mind and soul connection I now offer solutions for health and well-being, education, career, relationships, and self-awareness. I continue to create new tools and techniques to address the plethora of problems that seem to inundate humanity.

Throw some light on 'Aashwasan Science' developed by you? How do you leverage this approach to help individuals live a better life?

Aashwasan Science is created in nature's design. It reinstates the subtle energy communication within the human mechanism and restores it to its original format created by nature. This science is spiritual in origin, scientific in approach, and experiential in nature. It is holistic, natural and non-intrusive that facilitates a transformation that is in line with nature. It brings in tools and techniques that address the root cause of all conditions, situations, and issues to diagnose, heal, reverse and cure to bring about physiological, psychological, and spiritual health and well-being, thereby enabling and empowering people to live a life of optimal health, happiness, and purpose. It is applied in various verticals such as health and well-being, humane education, corporate well-being, social issues, Research, dissemination of the knowledge of human potential and Empowerment of the underprivileged and differently abled.

What would your words of advice be for women aspiring to foray into the spiritual field and become business leaders?

Spirituality, for me, is the essence of our very existence. It is not a separate field of knowledge. Being spiritual is being self-aware, righteous, being respectful of our body-mind and soul, and becoming better versions of ourselves every day. When we are self-aware, we can grow and blossom in life and experience the beautiful world in its grandiosity. It is also about doing the right thing every time irrespectively. Being fearless is the truest liberation of oneself that enables us to do what is right. And every right action brings the right results. For me learning on the job and pursuing everything beyond boundaries without having the pressure of validation and deep acceptance helped me shape up with inner freedom to excel.

However, I believe that everyone has their truth, and everyone is blessed with one's guidance within. Therefore, I would suggest following your heart. Do what you truly feel. Be fearless, compassionate, and righteous. Stand for something you truly believe. Trust yourself and your dreams. Give unconditionally. If you are treading such a path, success will bless you at every turn.
