We welcomed four exceptional women across our tech and central teams, ensuring they had: Senior mentorship to guide their transition, Upskilling opportunities to stay ahead in the industry, Flexible work arrangements to ease their reintegration.

A standout success story is Kanimozhi T, who re-entered the fast-paced tech industry after a career break.
