There isn't just one success story. For some women, the course helped them better understand their teams and improve their communication with team members. For others, overcoming inhibitions and confidently taking the stage was a significant achievement. Additionally, many found that the deep insights into individual leadership styles, decision-making, and financial management were crucial in elevating them to the next level.
Here’s what some of the participants had to share— I really enjoyed the classroom course; to me it was well planned and easy to follow. Only thing which could have been better was timing. Instead of the morning, the session could have started in the afternoon, keeping in mind that most of us are working the night shift. I will give it 100 out of 100, it was focused on female leaders and groom them. From this course I learnt many things like personal branding, conflict management, trust formula, and many more however my greatest take away was how to do financial planning. Overall, this course helped me to develop professionally and personally.
