Multi-tasking: Women Leaders’ Superpower

Being a female leader, emotional/ intelligence/empathy/communication matter a lot to handle a team. A woman is a multi-tasker, she has handled different moods in her family since childhood, and she can manage to handle all types of temperament in the company as well. She knows how to react in different situations to manage things and she moulds herself multiple times according to the people she is dealing with.

The Art of Negotiation

During an incident, a colleague was threatened by a few bouncers at the office for ruining their holidays due to a cancelled flight. The bouncers were known to a local politician who threatened him. I took over the situation and spoke to the politician and made him understand that such scenarios ruin their images as well, to this, he immediately stopped the fiasco. The politician has since booked his holiday packages with us.

Advice For Aspiring Women Leaders

To all women, if I can do it, you can also. Nothing is impossible for you. Your dedication, hard work, and multitasking skills can make you shine anywhere. One thing which will take you to the top is your honesty (which is very expensive and hardly available in this world these days) in all aspects.
