Entrepreneurship is a dream for many, but few possess the necessary skills and gumption to make it a reality. What inspired you to pursue your entrepreneurial dream?
I believe the most important aspect of any entrepreneurial journey is the passion to cater to a niche. It could be addressing a gap in the market, improving an existing product or service by adding something extra or offering a slightly different approach—whether through additional services, innovation, or creativity. You may not possess all the skills required to be an entrepreneur, but if you have the passion, you can develop those skills as well.
The Indian startup ecosystem is thriving, but perfection is still a work in progress. What is one change you would suggest in the immediate future?
The Indian startup ecosystem is evolving, but one immediate change I would like to see is a stronger network of women entrepreneurs actively mentoring and uplifting each other. Building a more supportive community with meetups, collaborations, and shared knowledge will create a thriving ecosystem where women help women grow. When we stop viewing each other as competition and start seeing the value in collaboration, the growth potential is limitless.
