How do you wish to contribute towards empowering and strengthening India through your work?
I would like to leverage my experience by mentoring and encouraging women to pursue challenging careers and contribute towards India's economic development. Independent assertion begins at home and with self. Every woman leader has the potential to inspire and build a community. Women are highly under-represented in frontline manufacturing and sales roles and in the corner office. Gender equity has the potential to increase the country's GDP by 30%.
What message would you like to share with your fellow Indians on Independence Day?
A strong Indian economy, with greater equity and a powerful voice on the global stage should be each Indian's aspiration. Our vibrant democracy, growing digitalization and the power of our youth should be channelized towards this vision.
