On this Indian Independence Day, let's salute the incredible strength, resilience, and contributions of millions of patriots who have shaped our nation’s history. This day marks our emancipation from the tyranny of foreign rule. In the same way let’s resolve collectively to free us from the shackles of a regressive mindset that can act as an obstacle to our overall growth as a nation and the progress of women in particular.
As we honor our past, let's also look to the future with a renewed commitment to equality and where every woman can achieve her fullest potential.
