Organic India, Bhavani Lev
Organic India was co-founded by Bhavani Lev in the year 1997 with an idea to bring happiness and wellness by creating a sustainable environment while working with several Indian small family farmers. Bhavani started the organisation along with another co-founder, Bharat Mitra in Lucknow. Today, after 27 years, the firm has been acquired by Tata Consumer for ₹1,900 crore.
As the name suggests, the brand produces 100% organic Holi colours that are eco-friendly and safe to use. Their colours are made out of natural ingredients like Tulsi leaf, turmeric, red roses, spinach leaf and so on. All their products are halal certified and non-toxic. With a claim to create a sustainable business modality, Organic India is changing the dynamics in the business world with their herbal and wellness products.
