Indian mountaineer Shivangi Pathak was born in August 2002 in Hisar, Haryana. On May 16, 2018, she became the 16-year-old Indian who ascended Mount Everest from the Nepal side, making her the world's youngest person to do so. On September 2, 2018, she also climbed Mount Elbrus, the highest peak in Russia located in Europe. Furthermore, on July 24, 2018, at the age of 17, she scaled Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak.
