What are some important features of your expertise as a corporate trainer & life coach?

The dynamic nature of industries has led to the need for dynamism in the L&D domain as well. As a corporate trainer and life coach, understanding the impacts of changes on teams and organizations and devising strategies to change mindsets to bridge the gap is my area of expertise. I contribute at a strategic level as organizations navigate the changes and adapt themselves to ensure a smoother transition and growth.

Take us through your early educational journey & the prior industry experience that you bring to the table.

Coming from a Psychology and Social Development focused educational background, I have developed a keen sense of empathy for people, which still helps me customize my training programs to focus on the individual growth of clients. Professionally, I have conducted training programs across industries thereby providing a diverse experience. With a dedication to helping people find their purpose and passion, my social development work ignited the leader in me. I work as a Life Coach and Image Consultant to enhance behavioral skills, goal setting, and overall organization and development for companies. At Synergeze I focus on the training vertical. Further at Impower Virtual Knowledge Hub, I design programs catering to young kids and senior citizens. Lastly, at Perspicere, I handle social work and we encourage entrepreneurs to contribute.

Tell us about the various roles & responsibilities you shoulder as the Director for Synergeze Consultants. What are your primary focus areas in your current role?

At Synergeze Consultants my role focuses on process re-engineering along with employee alignment. Identifying the gaps and bridging those through upskilling. Handling the training vertical, incorporating the process & people combination and its impact on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and execution-based consulting are my primary focus areas.

What are some of the most pressing challenges that you encounter as a business leader? How do you successfully mitigate these challenges?

The intense competition and the need for more collaboration are some of the most pressing challenges. Our business concept at Synergeze is characterized by mutual growth. The rapid growth of technology is also causing problems for people's aptitude and agility to keep up with it. We have designed targeted programs for students just starting their professions to give the talent pool a boost and equip them with skills relevant to their future.

What are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a business leader?

The journey from being a freelance agent to a corporate leader and Director in four organizations has been a significant milestone. The award of 25 Most valuable CEOs to watch in 2021 marks another important step in my journey. The biggest driving force has been the self-realization to leave a legacy behind. This has provided the zeal and enthusiasm to overcome obstacles and enhance my career trajectory.

What is your vision for Synergeze Consultants’ growth in the future? How do you keep the company & yourself aligned with the industry trends?

Synergeze has invested in its brand, expanded its portfolio, and transformed into an end-to-end services provider as a result of its rising relevance of service and adaptability. We initially only had one office, but with time, we established a presence all across India. Within the next five years, we intend to begin growing abroad. Making ourselves capable of supporting, assisting, and having an impact on the supply chain as well as learning and developing businesses globally is the goal.

Drawing from your experience, what would your advice be to young women & girls who also aspire to become business leaders & entrepreneurs in the future?

My message would be to focus on establishing a quality Network and Social Capital. Secondly, being selfish by looking inside and building outside is important for entrepreneurs. Continuously introspect to identify gaps and re-align self with the ever-changing demands. Additionally, do not limit yourself by your gender. Your capabilities are defined by you, not your gender.
