Reflecting on my journey so far, I feel having grown up as an army kid in my formative years, constantly moving across India with my family, taught me resilience and adaptability from a young age. These early experiences shaped my approach to life and work.

My academic journey began with a keen interest in commerce, sparking a curiosity about business and marketing. However, it was my shift to studying Political Science Hons at DU that truly broadened my understanding, pushing me to explore the deeper societal factors influencing business strategies. The pivotal moment in my career came when I joined my sister, Kashish, at her marketing agency, Yours Socially. Working on campaigns, audio advertisements, social media, designs for brands like HDFC Realty, Dabur, and more, allowed me to blend my diverse background and life lessons into my professional work. This experience was enlightening, teaching me that our unique stories and backgrounds are our greatest strengths. I learned that storytelling is not just a marketing tool but a powerful way to inspire and connect with others.

Transitioning through the media and entertainment industry, my expertise has evolved from traditional mediums to mastering digital platforms like podcasts and video podcasts. This journey has covered various roles, from client servicing to creative execution, focusing on engaging audiences in a content-rich landscape. My expertise lies in developing strategic content that not only meets market demands but also initiates conversations and fosters community. Our foray into visual podcasts through MNM Spodlight exemplifies our innovative approach, broadening our expertise to become a leading audio-visual content house. This strategic expansion was fueled by a desire to explore diverse storytelling formats, from audio podcasts like 'Bhaskar Bose' to video podcasts such as 'What's Your Mantra.' I oversee content selection and production across both our audio and visual platforms, ensuring that each piece aligns with our vision in storytelling. Through MNM Spodlight, we've introduced innovative formats that require a keen understanding of both audience engagement and technological advancements. My role involves strategic partnership development, team leadership, and maintaining a culture of innovation, all aimed at reinforcing MNM Network's position as a leader in the audio-visual content domain.

In your view, what are some of the significant challenges you face in your current position at MNM Talkies, and how do you navigate these obstacles?

I prefer not to label them as roadblocks or challenges, as that mindset can create barriers. However, in my role, ensuring the constant relevance and quality of content within the dynamic digital landscape is an ongoing focus. To address this, I emphasize continuous learning, active collaborations, networking for innovative ideas, engaging with the audience regularly, and staying ahead of industry trends. These practices serve as enablers rather than obstacles in our journey.
