Give us a brief about HealthBest. What are some important features of your expertise you would like to highlight through this article?

HealthBest came into existence in the year 2016, when I was working with my father’s company Swiss Parenterals and Exports. I was always enthusiastic about nutrition rather than life-saving drugs and I believe in preventive medicine rather than curative ones. We believe that you are what you eat, sometimes in today’s life, you may lack nutrition, HealthBest products help you to balance that deficit as we cater dietary supplements and nutrition-based products. Product development and consumer-based pricing as well as quality are some of the features of my experts.

Tell us about your educational journey and prior industry experience. What inspired you to foray into the field of pharmaceuticals?

My early education in pharmacy was initiated when I was seven years old and used to visit our manufacturing plant with my grandfather Late. RasikLal Shah and used to notice how medicines were made. Being in a family business of pharmaceuticals background helped me gain exposure to the field since childhood. Working in Swiss for a couple of years and dealing in mainstream Pharma industry made my concepts clearer which were needed to be an entrepreneur. My motivation to pursue my interest in Pharma is that people take medicines as curative steps, whereas they don’t do anything to prevent the situation altogether. Sometimes an imbalance in essential vitamins and minerals can happen that is why nutraceuticals; or in layman’s terms dietary supplements are important. They help you to balance and fill-out the loopholes in your diet, lifestyle, and other metabolic changes happening due to age, medical conditions, or circumstances.

What are the roles and responsibilities you shoulder and what are the challenges aspects of being a director? What drives you to take major initiatives?

I deal with various responsibilities as I consider my business and my company more like a child that needs attention and right grooming. There are challenging aspects in my work, but I love what I do, and I love the challenges and the downfalls as much as the successes in my career. It is after all the failures that are the best teachers!!!

We at HealthBest believe that hard work and decisiveness can over come any challenges. HealthBest E-Commerce business was facilitated in January 2021, and the export business is ongoing since the formation of the company in 2016, we drive growth through teamwork and hard work.

What have been the most significant milestones that you have achieved so far in your professional journey? what trends do you foresee in the Indian nutraceuticals industry?

The milestones that we are aiming for are yet to be achieved, the journey is not to be called prominent as I still have many more milestones to achieve, and many more goals to conquer.

We see nutraceuticals are taking a major place in people’s daily lives and they need to have a proper education regarding nutraceuticals. To stay in tune with the latest updates in our domain we do deep research, multiple trials, intense quality checks for a new product development.

As a successful business leader what advice you would like to suggest to the girls and women who are aspiring to start their careers in the nutraceuticals industry?

Be hardworking, be consistent, and don’t give up. !!!
