What Are Some Important Features Of Your Traits As A Business Leader?

My traits as a business leader include emotional intelligence and resilience. Emotional intelligence means my ability to understand the psychology of my team and my capability to read the body language of people, understand what they mean before they’re done speaking, and provide solutions to their problems.

Resilience is a trait that has come from the natural fight in me. When I say resilience, I indicate my capacity of working under pressure with a never give up attitude. This helps me to be flexible in building strategies and to change plans in urgent situations to achieve the desired results.

It is important to me to create an open, friendly environment for my team, where they can test their creativity and push their limits. I like to give my team more independence so that they feel at home while working and contribute to our vision.

I work hand in hand with one of the top rhinoplasty surgeons in the world. We saw market potential by providing state-of-the-art facilities in plastic surgery and hair transplantation. We have created a huge demand for hair transplants by making them extremely affordable and accessible. Most clients from the GCC used to travel internationally, whereas now, they come to Bizrahmed for hair transplantation. We also offer top-tier surgeons for facial aesthetic and body contouring procedures.

Tell Us About The Various Responsibilities You Shoulder As The Director Of Bizrahmed. What Are The Primary Focus Areas In Your Current Role?

At Bizrahmed, I have the overall responsibility of running the center. I have built multiple departments on solid foundations. I oversee the activities of these departments and deploy new strategies to increase market share and revenues. I bring in new services and technologies to ensure Bizrahmed is the first to adopt the latest innovations in the market to give our patients the best and only the best.

How Has Been Your Response To The Challenges Posed By The Covid-Affected Market? How Did You Tackle Those Challenges?

Many businesses and colleagues were panicking once the pandemic hit. Instead of seeing this as a tragedy, I saw this s a major opportunity to grow market share and diversify our communication channels. Following team meetings, we introduced e-consultations, ran heavy marketing campaigns, and focused primarily on the local market due to border closures.

"Instead of seeing this as a tragedy, I saw this as a significant opportunity"

As people were quarantined at home, this was an extraordinary chance where my team increased their communication as people were more available and more interested to conversate in comparison to their usual busy lives. Once businesses were permitted to open, the strategies adopted lead to immense business growth, new target audiences and superior brand reputation.

What Would Your Advice Be To Young Women Who Aspire To Become Business Leaders In The Future?

You are stronger than you know. If you want something you have to fight for it. This is a fight for yourself and only yourself. No partner or friend will get you where you must go. Don’t be influenced by other people’s negativity or the press. I see a lot of women across all age groups being influenced by how the online world makes them see themselves and how they behave. This can be as little as following fashion trends rather than wearing what they like or how they want themselves to be portrayed.

I’ve seen women accepting mistreatment towards themselves for materialistic matters.Along the way look for guidance from mentors who can help you grasp relevant experiences. Your mentors will be there to help you understand how to excel in your career and to manage work stress. My mentors are my parents. They are the two people I know I can count on no matter what .
