I foster an entrepreneurial spirit by helping students develop leadership skills, preparing them for both existing roles and future ventures. Diversity and inclusion are my priorities. I promote financial assistance and programs for female students, leveraging my knowledge of scholarships to ensure access to their dreams.

Tell us about Perfect Pathway Global Services and the responsibilities that you shoulder as the company’s CEO?
Perfect Pathway Global Services is a consulting firm that offers internships in various disciplines to students interested in hotel management. Our motto is ‘Empowering Minds, Cultivating Careers,’ because we help students gain the confidence and critical thinking skills to make informed professional decisions.
As the CEO of Perfect Pathway, one of my primary roles is student placement by securing internships for our students in top five-star hotels, which are the launching pad for their careers. Ensuring financial security is also crucial, as we position our students to attract competitive salaries that support their future ventures.
I help kids and their parents make professional decisions by guiding them through the opportunities that exist overseas. I also supervise the careful maintenance and processing of Visa and necessary paperwork.
Another important duty is to make sure that students are supported throughout their stay. I make sure the students are at ease, free to work, and equipped with the skills they need to advance in their jobs.
What are the most critical challenges you encounter in your current role? How do you overcome these roadblocks?
Identifying prestigious opportunities in the vast hospitality industry initially presented a significant challenge. It demanded in-depth research and a strong understanding of industry trends.
I actively pursued industry knowledge, conducting independent research and establishing relationships with key partners and leaders across the globe. Through meticulous market research and strategic partnerships, I ensure students gain access to the most valuable opportunities available.
I participate in seminars, workshops, and ongoing research. Additionally, I prioritize fostering strong relationships with professionals and partners globally.
I focus on creating safe and empowering workplaces that cater to their specific needs. This includes ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles. India is witnessing rapid growth, yet there's a significant gap in women's leadership within the workforce. Through our targeted programs, I aim to empower young women to flourish by providing them with international internship opportunities and fostering supportive work environments.
What are some of the most significant professional milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey?
Building Perfect Pathway from the ground up is my proudest accomplishment. Overcoming my natural shyness and developing strong leadership skills were key to this success. This dedication to personal growth translates directly into the company's mission. Seeing our students succeed and witnessing their professional development is incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
How do you foresee the Indian hospitality landscape evolving going forward?
I see significant growth potential in the sector. Emerging travel destinations across India are showcasing the country's potential as a major tourism hub. By providing young people with the best opportunities, we can encourage them to choose careers in hospitality, tourism, and travel. Ultimately, the expansion of this industry will positively impact India's economy and global standing.
