What are the various roles & responsibilities that you currently shoulder at Globus Info-com?

Currently I have been leading different departments of Marketing & Communication, Human Resource, Service & Support, Trainings, IT & Admin. Managing so many diverse teams effectively & keeping them motivated enough to reach their maximum potential is not always easy. Your team has people with diverse potential & it is up to a leader to give them the right path to bring out the best in them. As a CEO, I always believe in giving ample growth opportunities and encourage TEAMWORK coz a healthy team spirit can do wonders for any organisation's growth.

Tell us about the expertise you possess in technology sector. How are you driving growth within Globus Infocom? 

I believe that expertise comes by self-learning and experience. It always pays well to get your hands at working from the scratch, understanding the product, observe need of the user, getting the feedback from the customers and work on any problem immediately & effectively. It gives you vision to improvise the solutions and attuning yourself to the ever-evolving customer needs & preferences.

Working hand in hand with the educational institutions situated in remote locations across India we have curated advanced technology solutions which create an accessible, engaging and encouraging learning environment for students who are not able to ac-cess quality education due to varied reasons.

Our extensive focus on services and trainings lets us guide the customer towards the technology acceptance & assimilate it into their regular pedagogical methods. These factors have enabled Globus to grow at 100 percent growth rate in 2020-21 and we hope to take it to 150% in the year 2021-22.

What has been the driving force behind your success as a business leader in the field of technology? 

The driving forces behind the success of our vision have been the power of innovation. We have firmly believed & worked upon bringing innovation into our offerings and introducing cost effective, advanced, and futuristic solutions for the problems which not only present an effective solution to the problems existing in the education segment but also create an accessible and enriching learning ecosystem for all kind of learners. Personally, my quest to keep on learning & make a significant change in the learning ecosystem always fuel me to produce new age solutions. The ability to integrate digital transformation into our solutions at the same time inspire education-al institutions to embrace the change with our initiatives like regular training and counseling of teachers & learners have given us the trust of our customers over the years. Apart from this, other factors like understanding customer preference & market demand & owing our manufacturing facility gives us an edge over others with supply stability.

As a successful business leader what would your advice be to young women and girls aspiring to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

A positive outlook towards life, hard work & sheer belief in my dreams & capabilities have brought me where I am. I would suggest the same to budding women entrepreneurs that do believe in yourself & your dream & work relentlessly towards achieving it because if you don't have unwavering faith in your vision, no one else will either. Do a thorough research in your field & prepare a road map. Be persistent towards your goal & be ready to face the challenges in your way. Take your road bumps as your learning lesson & use that learning in growing yourself.
