I have a post graduate degree in medical science. I began studying for UPSC examinations soon after completing my MBBS, and it was during this time that I learned more about the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceuticals, tablets, preventive medicines, and the entire medical sector. During my MBBS, I was interested in preventive and social medicine. I stopped preparing for UPSC after my marriage and went to work as an assistant doctor in a small clinic. Meanwhile, I finished a cosmetology course and completed a fellowship in the same domain.

I noticed a void in the industry while practicing cosmetology. When it comes to cosmetic transformation, people tend to focus solely on skin applications or treatments, but what is actually reflected on the skin is their internal wellness. So, all I wanted to do was create a clinic that would transform people's interior health so that their skin would change automatically.

Tell Us About The Foundation Journey Of Hexa Healthcare. What Were Some Business Challenges That You Had To Face During The Initial Days Of Setting Up The Clinic And How Did You Overcome Them?

Hexa Clinic was founded in 2018, and it has been a fantastic journey so far. The major problem for any cosmetologist is to match the expectations of the people who enter into our clinic. People, very often come into the clinic with false expectations and look for the same to happen in a short period of time. I wish to specially thank my husband Naresh for all the strength and support he extended to establish this organisation. Without him no hurdles would have been passed.

However, even if it is challenging for us, we have come up with detox department to meet those expectations. In detox department we clean the patient's entire internal system with the help of our in-house naturopathy doctor. Internal organs, such as the intestine, liver are detoxed so that internal wellness improves.

Based on that concept, we have been able to circumvent a lot of problems and diseases just by taking cues from the external appearances of the skin.
