Take Us Through Your Early Educational Journey And The Prior Industry Experience That You Bring To The Table.
After completing my undergraduate education, I was able to complete both my MBA and my diploma through distance learning. I started working at an early age and didn't complete high school until I was 18 years old. In fact, the role that was most closely tied to sales was where I started my first job with an events company. I worked with the HR team after relocating to Gurgaon and developed accurate HR abilities. After that, I joined Akash, where I acquired fundamental knowledge of education as well as how the sector functions and what its participants do. At the moment, I work for Gokwik.
What Are Some Of The Most Pressing Challenges That You Encounter As An HR Leader? How Do You Successfully Mitigate These Challenges?
Being really honest, to mention a few, is how you keep people motivated when you have such a large charter. Since it's very tough to keep remote workers motivated when you're completely remote, there is social isolation, which is understandable given that living in a remote area presents obstacles in terms of social interaction. & the other is you are likely unable to chat with your group or colleagues frequently.
"Our mission to democratize the shopping experience & increase gmv realization for e-commerce businesses"
These are some of the challenges. How we are overcoming this entire difficulty is, we've kind of done a lot of engagement programs where people get together, we have AMAs, we have a gorgeous RACI matrix in the company, which kind of tells who is responsible for exactly how we've implemented certain things. Through the lovely communication tool known as Slack, folks at least make sure to reach out and go to anyone and wherever they want.
How Do You Foresee The Indian HR Industry Evolving In The Near Future? What Steps Do You Take To Keep Yourself Aligned With These Periodic Evolutions?
I believe that the industry is changing very quickly and that the HR sector will be able to employ a lot of technology and people analytics to advance towards thought leadership. This is a significant development. I think it kind of helps me save time and be more productive to automate a lot of processes and things. And this is exactly what you would observe in HR in the new and likely evolving things that are coming soon. & since technology is a major force in HR. HR must adopt the technology. Therefore, in my opinion, HR should be prepared for the technology shift toward people analytics, real-time work on performance, and numerous reports.
What Would Be Your Advice To Young Women And Girls Who Also Aspire To Become Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs In The Future?
For young people, I believe upholding moral principles is crucial because, when they first begin working, they often lack understanding and mistakenly believe that there is a quick route to success. I believe they must proceed properly. Particularly if they are considering HR, they must connect specific positions with the goals and make decisions while keeping people in mind.
