Can You Talk More About Your Educational And Professional Background? Also, What Motivated You To Enter This Stratum?

I am from the financial capital of the country; Mumbai and a commerce graduate from the Mumbai University, & an HR Leadership program from Cornell have worked predominantly in sales and marketing before foraying into HR through recruitment. My formative years has taught me strong concepts, such as time management, working with limited resources, delegation of work, and business foresight.

Within the HR space, I have always been interested in connecting the right people with the right business and seeing both sides grow, has helped me leverage key research skills and to build a network of close relationships their support was crucial for me when I started my own business venture. And to this day, my previous experience brings in learning, to leverage your expertise, utilise your network to build a talent poolthese were some of the facets acquired during my early journey as a recruiter.

Can You Give Us A Brief Overview On Vision Management Consultants?

We are a human capital advisory firm spread across the entire spectrum of HR and recruitment. We aspire to be a backbone for other companies’ endeavors and we work to keep their human resources agile as they grow. For most business leaders, the biggest challenges will be people and growth. When it comes to people, there might be many challenges such as hiring and retaining the right talent, creating a thriving workplace, building a strong culture, and improving employee morale. What Are The Various Roles And Responsibilities You Shoulder At Vision Management Consultants?

As a startup founder, I have donned multiple hats at the same time starting from business development, accounts management, hiring, marketing, training, and market research to name a few. Challenges are part and parcel of running a business and they are constant, but for mere purposing our HR potential to align with the clients’ requirements and building a strong community to support recruitment have been the toughest one’s, that apart, talent acquisition and talent management are quite dynamic and you have to reinvent yourself as well as your methods of assessing the talent can become redundant So, being on top of these changes is a constant endeavor and have been a large part of my roles and responsibilities within the organization.

How Do You Keep Yourself Aligned With The Changing Market Conditions And What Are The New Market Opportunities That You Foresee In The Hr Industry?

We are in a very dynamic market and it is important that you stay current in the industry.Acting in isolation will not help, break down the silos with the right strategy and execution &Adapting to change helps me keep myself and my organizationto remain competitive in the market. Through this, we bridge the gap between people, businesses and technology. There is immense market potential in this segment but if one needs to make the best use of it, constant evolution, they need to be transformative with both people operations and human capital management.

One also needs to be experts in human capital advisory services in order to have success in the market. Like today I’d say beyond analytics and AI technology – Future of work (employee wellbeing), Hybrid work, Skill based hiring will play a crucial role in HR. What Is Your Guiding Leadership Philosophy And What Are The Major Milestones That Gives You Utmost Satisfaction?

I believe that leadership is more like an art of work not like a destination but a journey. Being more passionate and having the ability to communicate as well as guide those around you to achieve a common goal is important if you want to be a successful business leader. To see that my clients are growing with the talent that we have acquired and them choosing us as their preferred talent partner is the biggest achievement for me. Also, not just building but also maintaining an impressive clientele is something that I am proud of.
