Give Us A Brief Overview Of Aanet Talent Global Solutions. What Are Some Of Your Expertise As An Entrepreneur That You Want Us To Highlight Through The Article?

Aanet Talent Global Solutions is a Talent Partnering firm where we partner with organizations for Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting. We are focused on driving results by being the organization’s reliable and trusted talent partners and taking care of the process end-to-end; we, not only find the right talent but also act as advisors on setting up and executing the right recruitment process and hiring standards as needed. We are also associated with organizations in providing end-to-end HR service right from onboarding, setting up general HR function, payroll, HR automation, HR metrics, organization design and development, performance management, LnD, and so on.

During my experience of over a decade with organizations, I have specialized in creating efficienciesand ROI for HR and the Aanet Talent Global Solution’s pillar has also been the same. I am a Platinum Award Winner with the title “Best Women HR professional” of the year 2020 by the HR Association of India. I am also a Certified Reward Specialist (from AON Hewitt) and a Certified HJA – PPA accessor (Behavioural Assessor from Thomas International).

Shed Some Light On Your Early Educational Journey And Prior Industry Experience. What Motivated You To Venture Into This Domain?

During my Bachelor’s in Computer Application, I received an opportunity to automate the HR System for the Gujarat Electricity Board as part of my final year project. Those beautiful three months spent understanding the HR Function to automate it inspired me to pursue HR. After completing my MBA in HR from Jain University, I started my career in an HR recruitment firm. Being the employee with the highest recruitment target achievement record, I received 2 promotions and even led the Recruitment team within 2 years. Constantly working on making the process efficient, reducing the gaps and redundancies, and increasing the quality of hire helped me achieve the highest recruitment target while ensuring excellent recruitment results.

Later on, I moved to work with product development companies that helped me hone my HR Business skillsets. I have had the opportunity to be an HR Business partner for many organizations and all departments such as Tech, Product, Data Science, Operations, Central Functions, and Go-To- Market (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) and play the role of strategic HR making a valuable impact in all the areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design and Development, Employee Engagement (Coaching, mentoring, risk analysis, HIPO analysis and engagement, Career Development, Leadership Development Programs, Behavioral Analysis, and Upscaling Programs, Feedback Management - 180 and 360 degree, FGDs and leadership connects), Exit management - attrition analysis and retention strategy, Performance Management System, Reward and Recognition, Rewards - Incentive and variable pay policy, setting up HR operations and compliance, HR audits, and so on.

The pandemic disrupted the entire job market with talents starting to develop multiple sources of income, the focus became on employee work-life balance and health benefits, and multiple startups emerged during that time, all of which created a need in the market for hiring the right talent in time and also develop innovative strategies to strengthen the talent capabilities and retain. With the motive to resolve this for organizations, Aanet Talent Global Solutions was founded.

Tell Us About The Various Roles & Responsibilities That You Shoulder At Aanet Talent Global Solutions? Share Some Of The Challenges That You Tackled So Far.

As the founder, I play many strategic roles such as planning and working on business goals, working as a Business Development specialist to acquire new clients, marketing our client companie’s jobs on the right platforms, and playing the role of brand evangelist for my client companies, Mentoring and Coaching my team to helping them to achieve success, working as a consultant to client companies to help them work through some tangible and intangible hurdles in achieving business success, and so on.

There are multiple challenging aspects to the role of a founder with the most challenging one being strong financial planning and forecasting business and its outcomes. Good planning always takes out the anxiety. Also, its the need of the founder to always be ready for all ups and downs of business, sudden flow of work, operational work, on-feet thinking, de-risking the problem in quick time.
