Over the last few years, more women have taken up Science, Technology, Engineering and copious amounts of courses and are longing to enter the workforce. Rural women are leaving India's workforce at a faster rate than urban women. Rising female labour force participation is one of the most remarkable economic developments of the last century.
Increasing women's labour force participation by 10 percentage points could add $770 billion to India's GDP by 2025. A vast number of companies stated that when it comes to an agency for their staffing and recruiting has shown them that companies with few women on their teams give off a different vibe than those businesses comprised of a fair mix of both men and women.
