Women’s Position in F&B

The history of food and beverage is as old as humans themselves. Previously F&B being a male dominated industry, women had to be diligent to be successful. However there is a paradigm shift in the industries and mankind today and everything started to fall in place. Today women are building businesses, they're raising money, and they're making progress. Additionally, they're building initiatives and organizations to combat and making incredible meals, beverages, and CPG products while embracing innovation. But, as in so many other industries, they have a long way to go here. However, women in F&B rising high in their professions and creating their own mark with latest food innovations shattering all the glass ceilings. Thanks to the equal rights and access to education in the 21st-century, by the virtue of which women are equipped with a willingness to take up tasks that were considered the men’s business before and breaking gender stereotypes. They are openly venturing in any field they want to operate on and thriving in their career path, on their own terms.
