The True Leaders: The corporate leaders of today are dynamically spearheading the companies, and have proved their dexterity and undeniably women too is a significant contributor of this agile workforce. However, woman never seeks a business title to be referred as a leader, because true leaders always shows up in the frontline to safeguard their community and women around the globe do that in a daily basis, regardless of their job title or position.

The Land of Queens: Being Known as ‘the land of Kings’ Rajasthan has always been a traditionally a patriarchal society, where women still struggles to find a land for herself. And, Jaipur is not an exception. With its deep rooted social practices, traditions and customs dates back to generations has integrated discrimination against women into their daily life. However, with the revolution around the world today we are witnessing a skinny shift to this social bias. As a result, expectations towards woman to hold on to the home and family is now gradually shifting towards woman holding an occupation while taking care of both home and office.

And, the role of women in the society started evolving, owing to the revolutions. Also, the good news is not only Jaipur but Rajasthan as a whole is now witnessing many women leaders taking the charge for themselves while contributing to the economy, and making Rajasthan more of the land of Queens. From Manju Mehta, to Nirmala Sevani, to Princess Diya Kumari, Shikhi Sharma and many soon to be known women leaders, the list for women volunteers from Jaipur knows no bound today. Hence, with utmost proud we can depict that the pink City is now getting pinkier, with countless women adding colors to it.
