Given the imagination, scale, aesthetics, and services being offered today by the hotels around, the Indian Hotel industry business has been burgeoning today. Also, what has greatly attributed to this growth is the tourism industry, accompanied by tour operations and the restaurant segment drawing in both-local and international visitors. Well, talking about women in hotels, they largely acquire the 53.7 percent of the total employee numbers including restaurants, catering, and largescale events amidst the hospitality industry. Even after the leadership positions in Hotels are held roughly 17 male CEOs per one female CEO, the women leaders are gradually making their way into the Hotel industry given the prowess of technology and their inherent hospitality skill that they possess.

The industry is also particularly looking into gender equality to look towards prolific growth of the industry with at par excellence in administration and management. Women in Indian hotels, seizing every opportunity to spread awareness of their leadership dexterity and skill to inspire others to follow the lead and make impactful changes have made significant strides in the industry. And, though there’s a long way to go, signifying the accomplishments of such doyens who have lead several noteworthy hotels across the country we need to celebrate them.
