As per a study report, the Indian hospitality industry has a total count of 20 percent with almost three-percent leadership roles involved. The present ratio of men to women employees in the hospitality sector is overpowered by male employees. The sector is evolving constantly with working force getting recognition for bolstering the proportion of women and enhancing gender parity. For a long time, the women section of the travel and hospitality industry in India is occupied the frontline. Nowadays, the managerial roles are major preferred by the administrations for women as the evolution is extremely women developed with progress and powerful strides in the sector has happened due to women. The women employee section of the Indian hospitality is almost 70 percent workforce in the hospitality in merging in with the tourism sector.
