Human Resource department works as anchor of an organization who thrives and strives to keep the ship of the organization afloat in the industry. The system and management of the work force is being done by few experts who has immense and vast knowledge about the smooth and efficient functioning of human-resources.
Women CHRO:
Standing on the threshold of 21st century, HR is a paramount part of helping the businesses adapt to a quickly changing business environment with Women as the leader. As per the report women made up around 67 percent of the work force. The new decade is witnessing the births of notable women in the corporate sectors who are attaining great success in all the spheres including the training and development of workforce of an organization. From many psychological surveys it was unveiled that, women are more capable of handling human disputes and adapt to an environment more flexibly than their male counterparts. They are more sensible and sympathetic than men when it comes to deal with women related issues.
Key Role of Human Resource Department:
HR department is an inevitable part of an organization which manage and efficiently use the skills of the employees, negotiate and communicate about the salary and emoluments of them, get new ideas to design work structures, benefits, salary, employee morale, career development, training, encourage people to be innovative, creative, flexible and prompt. If there is any miss-communication or disputes between employees or employees and hierarchies, they intervene in the matter and fix the problem by eradicating the reason of dispute. There are some systems being carried out by HR team regarding woman safety and grievance redressal. They also look after the facilities and services that are created for the health and wellbeing of the employees like gym, cafeteria, medical services and more.
