In the competition-led business ethos, where corporate businesses and indus­tries are swamping the world through the induction of technology and automation of processes, it is exclusively relative of or­ganizations to look out for efficient business strategies, considering the finances required. And, collectively, where C-suite leaders are dy­namically fulfilling their responsibilities in this purview, CFOs efficiently take up this task be­ing responsible for the administrative, finan­cial, and risk management operations of the company. Additionally, they are even involved in the development of a financial and opera­tional strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing devel­opment and monitoring of the financial system within the company. Basically, the CFOs today maintain a two-fold role, overseeing the orga­nization's financial activities, besides being re­sponsible for the finance and accounting pro­fessionals who perform operational functions, and serve in a strategic advisory role for the CEO and C-suite peer.

Well, the Finance department is significantly being managed by several CFO doyens across the world, today, and women CFOs also form a recognized share in this performing quite promisingly drawing prospective growth plans for organizations. The economy of the UAE is the 5th largest in the Middle East (after Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt), with a GDP of $501 billion (AED 1.84 trillion) in 2022, largely contributed by Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, and Media indus­try. Many women CFOs in UAE have been an important part of this growth leveraging their dexterity in the business processes.
