Since time immemorial while organizational culture have been largely dominated by men, today women have risen up to change that acquiring significant leadership roles across diverse geographies in organizations as members of Board, C-suite executives, Managers, or Entrepreneurs, or more. However, COVID did deplete the numbers of women in this pursuit, but some did made acknowledgeable accomplishments even during tough COVID times and post it, without leaving a gap in business conduct in Dubai.
