The corporate leaders of today are dynamically spearheading the companies, and have proved their dexterity and women too are a significant contributor of this agile workforce. However, woman never seeks a business title to be referred as a leader, because true leaders always shows up in the frontline to safeguard their community and women around the globe do that in a daily basis, regardless of their job title or position.

Telangana’s Women Friendly Govt. Schemes

Recently, Telangana has emerged as one of the most preferred destinations in the country, with a right climate for the growth of IT businesses and other knowledge-based industries. The state is creating a benchmark in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) endowed with a dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, robust technological infrastructure and a highly skilled human workforce, which reflects an increased participation of women. In fact, Telangana has the highest population of working women shows the national Family Health Report (NFHR-5). The IT and ITeS sector roughly has a 35 percent to 40 percent of women workforce, while malls and construction accounts for 40 percent. This success is attributes to nothing but to the women-friendly government schemes of the state and orders that mandate a slew of measures including pick up and drop for women employees.

No Women requires a Degree to Support the Economy

Though the state is blessed with accountable women work force who are highly educted, trained and bear numerous skills, there are rural women too exists in the country who are equally supporting the economy without having any educational qualifications or degrees. The report, officials of the women and child welfare department shows rural women from Telangana being involved in different professions is not at all a new thing; instead they have discovered that women in rural Telangana have forever been working in agriculture and other related fields. Though they don’t hold any business position or title but no deny to the fact that they are the significant contributors to the state’s economy.
