Top 10 Corporate Women Leaders from Kerala - 2021

Once KiranBedi said, "Empowered women who reach tough or unconventional positions make CHOICES not sacrifices". Being a woman leader is not an easy task, but some women have taken the risk and achieved great success. Furthermore, leadership isn't necessarily about generating money, running a business, or investing. Leadership is taking chances and facing problems in order to accomplish something unique that benefits both ourselves and those around us. Even in traditionally male-dominated industries, an increasing number of women are rising to the challenge of leadership in today's society.

Women in Kerala have greater opportunities than women in any other state in India. Keralite women are quickly emerging as regional, national, and worldwide leaders in industries including as business, administration, education, engineering, and health care. These women are now determined to break through the customary glass barrier that has prevent-ed them from achieving positions of leadership despite having the necessary capabilities and abilities. Kerala has 92.07% female literacy, a girls-to-boys ratio of 1084, and low rates of child marriage, infant mortality, and maternal mortality. Women in college, as well as those in positions of leadership or beginning their own enterprises, have shown men in business that women can be both managers and moms, indicating to their male colleagues that women can indeed “do it all.”

Kerala's female wages are at least 40 per cent higher than those of their counterparts in the rest of the nation in both rural and urban casual labour. Widely known as a progressive region, Kerala also fares exceptionally well in terms of standard indicators of female position.
