Breaking The Barriers of Primitive Minds Women are taking their Flights to the Zenith

Still after the 21st century women are closed behind their kitchen door sacrificing their skill and talent and aspiration in the name of customs, disguised in the deeprooted prejudices. Till date a plenty of women are bearing with unendurable pain each day in various forms and shapes from various sources. Their voices are fading when it comes to a cry for help. After so many advancements India’s society still believes in patriarchy as it is deeply penetrated in the minds of the people. The holy grail of education changed the primitive mindset of conservative population and moreover the women are achieving the power to demolish the shackles of society.

Today’s women are working under various atrocities transforming these primitive thoughts by slapping the society tightly. They have already proved that they can be a professor, a scientist, an astronaut, an engineer, a doctor or a police officer and also a good loving wife and a charming mother. IIT colleges around our country is imparting knowledge and skills from the time immemorial and IIT Delhi is among the gem whose women IIT leaders are successfully cultivating flowers in the desert by dexterous hands and skillful expertise.

Gender Equality: It is the buzzword for this decade and everyone is roaming around this brand-new concept of gender equality, but when we think ethically keeping in mind all the aspects of mankind, man and women are just opposite poles having different horizons of expertise there is no comparison between this two. We should consider both of them as they are without outing a tag of equality. Women are triumphant and victorious by the virtue of their feminism. They are winners and that is the end of discussion putting unnecessary tags aside just appreciate the way they are, the way they talk, dress or work.

Women Influencers: The recent decade has been the eye opener for all those who still believe women are just the device of producing babies. Many women are coming out of their houses and uplifting others like them giving them a strong wing to fly, and a dream to achieve. Women entrepreneurs, social activists and leaders are reaching to those distressed women in remote places bringing them to light which is greatly influencing the youth and society. Previously the professions like Doctors and engineers were believed to be meant for the men because in society’s opinion women are not created for working in such expert fields. Not only in India these women leaders are doing wonders in the soil of foreign countries too and fetching acclamation for our country.
