But, as technology advances it levies the business and corporate sector with challenges that require greater nominations from leadership category, be it regarding upliftment of their business's productivity, bringing about innovation in their offerings, or respectively contributing to humanity's well-being. And, while it proves difficult to sail across such uncertainties, the management leaders of today prove to be a blessing in disguise, guiding organizations along the change process management and business execution & development.
Well, building Executive management leaders, IIM Lucknow- a business public school in India has really made a mark in the Business Management education category. Established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management (IIM) by the Government of India, IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs to individuals in management. The institute is recognized as an `Institution of Excellence' by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development. It also serves as the mentor institution for the newly established IIM Jammu, IIM Rohtak and IIM Kashipur.
IIM Lucknow is spread across a 200-acre site in the northern outskirts of Lucknow and also has a second campus on a 20-acre site at Noida exclusively for one-year full-time MBA program (IPMX), two-year PGP for working executive & executive education. With its extensively curated curriculum, the institute has created many Women leaders as well, who are heading significant organizations at national and international level across diverse industry sectors leveraging their dexterity in the domains.
