Anastasia Denisova, co-founder and CEO of Realiste MENA, a leading prop-tech company in the UAE that develops AI-based solutions for real estate investments, has made a daring prediction for the future of women in IT. She predicted that by 2030, women might represent 30% of the IT workforce in the MENA area.
Realiste By utilising artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies, MENA has been at the forefront of innovation in the real estate business, revolutionising how people invest in property. The company's CEO, Anastasia, is a proponent of diversity and inclusion in the IT industry because she recognises the critical role that women can play in promoting growth and innovation.
According to Anastasia Denisova, the MENA region has lately made significant strides in promoting gender equality, and many intelligent women are already making a difference in the IT sector. But, she believes there is still a lot of work to be done to ensure that women have an equal opportunity to succeed in the industry.
I see a lot of strong, smart women in the MENA region who push technical advancement in their fields. With all the efforts put forth by the public and private sectors, Anastasia predicts that "there will be even more female specialists leading or managing creative firms."
The CEO's prediction is in line with a growing trend in the IT sector towards more diversity and inclusion of women. Many firms benefit from having a more diverse staff, including greater creativity, increased efficiency, and increased profitability.
According to recent data, women were in charge of 23% of the businesses that were founded in the region in 2020. Women make up around half, and occasionally even more, of STEM students in MENA countries at the university level. Eleven out of the 18 Arab states have a majority of female scientists as graduates. Women are currently engaging more actively in high-profile innovation projects in the area as a result of this trend, such as the UAE's Mars Hope probe, where they made up 80% of the collaborating scientists.
Realiste MENA is dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the IT sector, and the firm is actively trying to do so as part of the drive towards more diversity and inclusion. The prognosis made by Anastasia urges other businesses and organisations to support this vital cause.
