Talent acquisition occurs in cities such as Chennai, Pune, Nasik, Coimbatore, Kochi, Aurangabad, and Vadodara. In the manufacturing sector, 43 per cent of employed women are from Tamil Nadu. However, women at fresher levels have the highest concentration of women standing at 34 per cent.
