The BNY Mellon Women's Opportunities ETF primarily invests in companies that offer goods or services2 that increase women's capacity to meet their work or other personal life obligations and needs, such as those relating to household duties, caring for dependents and elders, and access to healthcare catered to their gender. Both from Newton, Miki Behr and Julianne McHugh share management of the Fund.

As part of its ongoing commitment to gender equality, BNY Mellon Investment Management has partnered with Girls Inc., a non-profit that inspires all girls to be strong, intelligent, and fearless via advocacy and hands-on service.

Girls Inc. will also receive at least 10% of the management fee from the Fund's investment adviser, BNY Mellon ETF Investment advisor, LLC3. Girls Inc. and its New York affiliate, Girls Inc. of New York City, will also receive grant assistance from the BNY Mellon Foundation in recognition of their important work enabling girls and young women to reach their full potential.

"Gender gaps have economic effects; if women and men participated equally in the economy, the global annual gross domestic product could increase by an additional US$28 trillion by 20256," stated Ms. McHugh.

"We think that companies that support women, foster strong cultures, provide attractive benefit packages at work, and offer products and services that inspire women are positioned to perform better over time."

To seize possibilities for transformative development, the BNY Mellon Innovators ETF makes investments in businesses that are driven by innovation.
