
Women Leaders Conclave 2025 To Be Attended By 20 Women Strong Pan India Delegation

A 20 women strong Pan India delegation will meet in Srinagar in the coming week to participate in the Women Leaders Conclave 2025. The women entrepreneurs hailing from across India will be a part of the two-day conference that aims to strengthen women’s leadership and entrepreneurship. To be hosted at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), the event will take place on April 8 and 9. It is being organised under the banner of the UBUNTU Consortium.
Smt. K. Ratnaprabha, former Chief Secretary of Karnataka and Founder President of UBUNTU will lead the delegation. S. Manik Patwardhan (Swakrutha Charitable Trust), Asha Arondekar (Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Rachana Mahesh (WOMENCAN), Sarvamangala Patil (Ubuntu Consortium), Chitra Bharat Kumar (WECAN), and Riza Fathima (MIA-AWE) are a few of the other esteemed member who will be a part of the delegation.
April 7 will see the opening of the event with a pre-conclave discussion to be held at the Royal Springs Golf Course Restaurant featuring Sahitya Akademi Award winner Alka Saraogi. She will have a discussion about her novel Gandhi and Sarla Devi. A panel on “Women Leading Path to Peace & Prosperity” will follow and the pre-conclave will close with a networking event.
The conclave at SKICC will feature a series of high-level panel discussions. The opening session, Women Rising: Charting the Future of Global Leadership, will be chaired by Ratnaprabha, addressing strategies to enhance women’s roles in leadership across sectors. This will be followed by sessions on women in STEM fields and on sustainability and social impact, highlighting how women are leading change in science, innovation, and environmental initiatives.
To event is to be held under the banner of the UBUNTU Consortium. It represents more than 30,000 women entrepreneurs through 56 associations across 11 states of India.
