WIN to Participate in World Economic Forum at Davos

Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a global organization dedicated to women's leadership and innovation, will participate in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on January 16 and 18, 2024. The event will focus on themes like Women in Leadership, Innovation in Business, and AI's transformative impact. The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2024, taking place in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland between 15 to 19 January, aims to rebuild trust through principles like transparency, consistency, and accountability, attracting over 100 governments, international organizations, and civil society leaders, entrepreneurs, experts, new outlets and 1000 Forum's Partners.
WIN's founder, Stuti Jalan, stated, “We at WIN think that inclusive conversations can spur positive change. The goal of our panel discussions at Davos is to elevate the voices of women by highlighting their impact on innovation, leadership, and the quickly changing field of artificial intelligence. We're excited to lead and influence the conversation about women's roles in creating a more innovative future.”
The panel discussion will be held in three respective stages as follows:
The first panel "Women in Leadership: Discuss How Diverse Leadership Teams Contribute to Innovation and Business Success" will discuss the role of diverse leadership teams in fostering creativity, innovation, and problem-solving. The panel will feature experts from various industries, including aviation, finance, technology, gender equality, leadership psychology, and psychiatry, with curator Stuti Jalan as the moderator.
The second panel "Trailblazing Women: In a New Era of Innovation" will discuss the role of trailblazing women in driving innovation and sustainability. The event will feature trailblazers like Sanskriti Thakur, Vasundhara Oswal, Dr. Aarti Gupta, and Komal Sharma, and will take place at Invest India's India Engagement Lounge.
The final panel, "Women and AI: 2 Powerful Forces Changing the World," will take place on 18 January 2024, at the "We Lead Lounge" hosted by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, the Government of India, the Confederation of Indian Industry, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It will explore AI's role in bridging the gender gap and fostering more workplaces, featuring experts from India Today Group, Mia Mission Impact Academy, QuantumfAi, AI Nexus Healthcare Inc, Asha AI, and unDavos.
