The edtech startup, WhiteHat Jr announces major leadership expansion comprising industry veterans and experts from diverse business backgrounds. As WhiteHar Jr’s forays into key global markets, including US, UK, Australia and New Zealand, the new additions to the leadership team will strengthen its core.
In line of this, the ex-Global Business Head for Banking & F5 Ops at Wipro, Trupti Mukker has joined WhiteHat Jr as Head of Customer Experience. Balaji Ramanujam will lead as the Head of Curriculum and Learning Experience, while Vishnu Dutt Sharma will be the Head of Global Business and Hemant Sachetee will lead as the Chief Financial Officer. Balaji brings edtech entrepreneurship experience while Vishnu is the former CEO of Vidya Mandir Classes, and Hemant is the ex-Vice President of HFCL Group.
The entire core leadership portfolio will work closely with Founder & CEO, Karan Bajaj.
Speaking on the appointments, Karan said, “WhiteHat Jr has grown rapidly from being just a concept two years ago to celebrating the joy of kids’ creativity in multiple countries across the world. We’re excited to continue onboarding a team of highly-experienced, seasoned business leaders with deep passion for education to build strong systems and structures for future growth.”
Trupti in her previous role has led a team of over 10,000 associates across Asia, US, LATAM and Europe. A founding member of a skill development startup, Trupti has worked closely with NASSCOM, NSDC and several state governments in India and facilitated the upskilling of more than 15,000 learners across J&K, West Bengal, and Maharashtra.
