Unilever Promotes Anuradha Razdan as CHRO for Beauty & Wellbeing and DEI

Unilever has promoted Anuradha Razdan to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Beauty and Wellbeing division and Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer. Anuradha, who previously served as the Executive Vice President of HR and CHRO at Unilever and Hindustan Unilever, has been instrumental in business goals and cultural transformation.
Anuradha feels elated and stated, "Feel privileged to be a part of this incredible business that is home to some most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing and Prestige categories, serving consumers all over the world. Also delighted to be taking on responsibility as Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Unilever. Anuradha Razdan is an economics graduate and MBA holder, who started her career at Unilever in 1999. She held various roles, including strategy director, HR & People Strategy Director, and HR Academy head. Razdan worked at Unilever's London headquarters for six years, shaping the company's organizational and cultural transformation. She has strong M&A experience and led the Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand agenda.
