The Dubai-based global energy logistics company has long championed women’s growth in the workplace and leadership, making their partnership in the forum a perfect alignment.

"We have a strong track record of supporting equity and inclusion for girls and women in the communities where we operate, with a focus on education, training, and skill development. Within our company, female employees have access to leadership development and career growth through formal training programs, leadership workshops, and executive coaching," says Eugene Mayne, founder and CEO of Tristar Group.

Tristar Group was among the pioneers in adopting the UAE Gender Balance Strategy 2026 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, and it remains committed to supporting and implementing these initiatives both within and outside its sphere of influence.

"For the past three years, we have celebrated International Women’s Day through both domestic and international platforms to promote women’s leadership," adds Eugene

The forum, themed ‘Accelerating the push for equality’, will focus on how women are reshaping industries, driving progress, and integrating inclusivity and sustainability into leadership. The event is organised by Gulf News in association with BeingShe, a UAE-based women’s organisation focused on advancing women’s empowerment.

"The Future Women Leaders Forum 2025 is a platform for mentorship and collaboration, connecting aspiring women leaders with industry experts for growth and empowerment," says Aparna Bajpai, Founder of BeingShe.

The UAE leads in gender equality, ranking first in Arab nations and seventh globally in gender equality reports. Tristar's involvement in the forum supports the push for more women in leadership roles across sectors.
