With the rise of women entrepreneurs, the country is gradually moving towards a gender inclusive society.

IndianOil appoint Rashmi Govil as New Director of HR
Ms. Rashmi Govil is the newly appointed Director of Human Resources at the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil). She was appointed to the respective designation on 15 March 2024. At present, IndianOil has two female functional directors on its board that are Ms. Shukla Mistry, the Director of Refineries, and now Ms. Rashmi Govil. The board consists of seven functional directors in total.

UEFA has been its long-standing partners and now has become title partners of their Women In Football Leadership Programme (WFLP).
WEConnect International Organizes Summits to Foster Inclusion
WEConnect International has organized a set of events in India with a support from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs. The events were based on “Empowering Inclusion–Advancing Sustainable Value Chains Summits” which took place in three cities that includes New Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The summits brought government officials, corporate leaders, women business owners along with supplier diversity and inclusion experts together.
