Smriti Irani takes feedback on Public Welfare Schemes in Udhampur

Smriti Zubin Irani, the Minister of Women and Child Development and Minority Affairs has arrived today at Udhampur on a two-day visit as a part of the Modi Administration's Public Outreach Program.
The Union Minister met with the Udhampur District Administration shortly after arriving here and discussed with them the feedback on the programs that have been implemented by the Government's schemes on the ground level. She even met with the PRI members to get input about the programs.
Smriti has addressed the media after meeting with the District Administration and the PRIs that she visited the District of Udhampur at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's request to get a review or feedback on the public welfare programs of the Central Government and their implementation on the ground level.
After meeting with the officials, she stated that she met with the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, District Superintendent, and other authorities in addition to DDC members, BDC Chairpersons, and others to get freedom in the implementation of these Public Welfare Schemes.
The Union Minister, Smriti also went to the Bal Ashram Udhampur and had a conversation with the children there. Thereafter, she will be present at the K V School Chennai tomorrow as a part of the public outreach program.
