Shruti Vora is the first Indian rider to win a three-star Grand Prix equestrian event while riding her horse Magnanimous. The event took place from 7 June to 9 June 2024. She achieved this feat at the CDI-3 event held in Lipica, Slovenia. Shruti surpassed Tatiana Antonenco (Aachen) of Moldova with a score of 67.761 points, exceeding her 66.522 points. She even outperformed Juliane Jerich (Quarter Girl) of Austria who scored 66.087 points. She earned the first Minimum Eligibility Requirement (MER) point for the Paris Olympics 2024.

Shruti is a veteran rider from Kolkata, who represented India at the Dressage World Championship 2022, the Asian Games in 2010 and 2014, and the FEI World Championships 2022, showcasing her skills in a marked arena. Shruti expressed her joy and stated, "I am extremely delighted with the result. I have worked hard and the victory is indeed satisfying. The win has come in an Olympic year and that makes it significant. The fact that I am the first rider from the country to win a three-star event makes it a special achievement. I will keep working hard to bring laurels for my country."

Shruti's impressive performance with Magnanimous has pushed her closer to her Olympic dream. Along with her another Indian equestrian, Anush Agarwalla has been competing for the Olympics. He has secured three MERs last year.
