SheRISE Program launch for Women Leadership & Entrepreneurship

NMIMS Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management (PDSE) and the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Airport Tiara have partnered to launch the SheRISE Program, which aims to develop women in leadership and entrepreneurship. The program was held from 4 March to 7 March 2024, which was an innovative four-day workshop that aimed to foster empowerment, develop leaders, and create a pathway for success in both the professional and entrepreneurial sectors.
Distinguished guests, such as Ms. Pallavi Choksi, Centenary District Chairman for District 314; Dr. Ramesh Bhat, Vice Chancellor, NMIMS; and Dr. Ruchika Agarwal, Faculty-in-Charge, Executive Programs, gave motivational speeches to kick off the program. Centurion Charter President 2023-24, Ms. Alpa Apoorva, Prof. Seema Mahajan, PDSE&FBM Director were also present.
More than 100 women were present at the event and participated in interactive sessions and seminars that improved their knowledge and abilities in a number of important areas including,
Self Craft: Workshops on Networking & Community Building, Personal Branding, and Emotional Resilience.
Inno-Spark: Using design thinking to understand clients, releasing creativity, and establishing ideas.
Life Graph: Utilizing technology for development, networking techniques for virtual environments, and efficient communication in the digital age.
